Expressions of Gratitude for FPH Team

Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) teammates sit hand-in-hand with those they serve through often one of the most difficult times of their lives. The team cares deeply for each patient and their loved ones and very often, an unbreakable bond is formed during the time they spend together. One way they keep those they’ve served close to their hearts is with a bulletin board in the FPH teammate break area. This board is filled with heartfelt notes of thanks, photos and other priceless artifacts to commemorate and celebrate the lives of those they’ve grown to love so much.

At the beginning of the year, the team carefully archived each of these items so they can look back on them throughout the coming years. The video below is a compilation of some of the expressions of gratitude that provide fuel for the FPH team. The thoughtfulness of the families who take time to send these letters is priceless as the team strives to continue to make each moment matter for those they serve.
