A Century of Life: Celebrating a 100th Birthday with Faith Presbyterian Hospice

Today was a day to remember as Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) had the privilege of celebrating a remarkable milestone. One of our cherished patients, Eileen Epstein, reached her 100th birthday, marking an entire century of life, love and cherished memories. The celebration took place in her Richardson home, where she was surrounded by her loving family, dear friends and our dedicated FPH team including Music Therapist, Jennefer Dixon and Hospice LVN, Cynthia Capps.

The room was filled with joy and laughter as everyone celebrated and honored this extraordinary woman. From heartfelt stories to the sound of birthday wishes, it was clear that this was more than just a celebration of age—it was a celebration of a life well-lived.

“I’ve been working with Eileen since March and she has such a great sense of humor. She is such a sweet lady and is so appreciative for anything I do.” Capps said. “She’s got such a big heart.”

At FPH, we are committed to creating meaningful moments for our patients and their families, and yesterday’s celebration was a beautiful reminder of the importance of connection and community.
